They are now looking for a Non-Executive Director with experience of developing business in the UK with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our client would like the Non-Executive Director to:
Provide an independent assessment of the business
Introduce the business to new UK contacts
Mentor the business owners
Provide strategic guidance
Chairman
Our client is an Irish owned, entrepreneurial retail business. Employing over 70 people, the company is a leader in its field and has two main shareholders. Our client is now looking for a Non-Executive Chairman to:
Chair bi-monthly board meetings
Act as an independent sounding board on strategic and operational issues
Mentor the main shareholders
Ad-hoc duties
Ideal background:
Extensive boardroom experience
Significant commercial experience
Ideally with a wide contact base that will help grow the business
Non-Executive Director (Equity participation required)
Our client is a profitable service company based in West Dublin. It services all of Ireland and is growing via acquisition. They are now looking to recruit a Non-Executive Director who will participate in the business by taking an equity stake and by helping to guide the board and management. A minimum investment of €60,000 is required. There is an opportunity to invest more equity for a larger shareholding.
The ideal candidate will have a network of commercial relationships that the business can leverage of and grow as well as significant business/commercial acumen.
